The BPRA is a 100% volunteer-run non-profit, and relies upon the participation and contributions of our members. As such, we are looking for some members to join our Board and Committees!
BPRA Secretary Kait Hunter is moving into a new role of Events Coordinator, and we are looking for 2-3 members to join her Events Planning Committee! The Committee will plan and execute our events over the remainder of the calendar year and into 2022. You will meet approximately once per month, at Kait's direction, depending on the year's event schedule. If you like party planning and socializing with neighbours, this is the perfect role for you!

Director at Large Natasha Ilic will be taking over from Kait as Secretary. Also, we are sad to share that Neil Fenton will be stepping down as VP. Thank you Neil for all your contributions! We will miss working with you! As such, we are looking for 1-2 members interested in guiding the future of our Association to join our Executive Board. We meet monthly and attend BPRA events as necessary.
Finally, we are looking for someone outgoing and tech savvy to join our Communications team. This person would work with Hillary Kimsal to plan, create, and deliver our email, print, and social media communications, as well as maintain our website/social media presence. You would be invited to attend the monthly Board meetings.

The term for each of these positions is two years, starting as of our upcoming Annual General Meeting on Saturday, August 14th 7:30PM where elections/appointments will be held.
