We are collecting the 2020 membership fee of $25. We are fortunate to have one of the finest waterfront parks in the area, and as Bayou Park Ratepayers, your deeded access rights allow you, family and friends to use the beach at your leisure. This also increases the value of your property.
Membership fees pay the park’s property taxes and insurance, as well as the cost of maintenance. Due to Covid-19, we are unable to have our major fundraiser, the annual Beach BBQ, this summer.
