Easter Egg Hunt
When: Good Friday, April 7th 10:00 AM
Where: Timberline Park
What: Calling all neighbourhood kids, grandkids, & their families to join us for a fun Easter Egg Hunt at the Timberline Park playground! The Easter Bunny will be making a special appearance! Hosted by the BPRA and the Cumberland Beach Ratepayers Association.
Spring Beach Clean Up
When: Saturday, May 27th 10:00 AM (Rain date Saturday, June 3rd)
Where: Bayou Park Beach
What: Bring your garden gloves and rakes to help us prepare the Beach and the Beach park for summertime fun! Children are welcome to play while the adults work! Refreshments & snacks will be provided.
Meet Your Neighbour 50th Anniversary Celebration & Bayou Park Regatta
When: Saturday, June 24th 10:00 AM (Rain date Sunday, June 25th)
Where: Bayou Park Beach
What: Come out to meet community members & celebrate the 50th anniversary of the BPRA with us! Take part in a friendly little boating competition with your neighbours at Bayou Park’s first Regatta! Adults and kids, show off your canoe & kayak paddling skills and test out your sea-worthiness in our Cardboard Boat Race! Lunch will be catered by member & local business owner Erica Lomonaco of Lakeside Charcuterie.
Annual General Meeting & Movie Night
When: Friday, July 21st 7:30 PM (Rain date Thursday, July 27th)
Where: Timberline Park
What: Join us for the BPRA’s AGM, then stay for a family-friendly evening of entertainment! Movie will be announced closer to the date. Pizza and drinks will be provided.
Annual Family Fun Day & BBQ
When: Saturday, August 26th all day (rain or shine)!
Where: Bayou Park Beach
What: Don’t miss out on this annual event & the BPRA’s biggest fundraiser for community members and their families and friends. Great food, kids games & bouncy castle, horseshoe tournament, music, raffle table/contests/prizes, and socialising with neighbours & friends! It’s a long standing neighbourhood tradition you don’t want to miss!
