Voting Proxy Form

Any adult 18 years of age or older in a member household within the catchment area specified in the BPRA letters patent (articles of incorporation) is entitled to vote at the BPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM). This area runs north from Westshore Crescent to the south side of Bayou Rd. This is your association and your beach park - your vote counts.


But if you can’t make it to the AGM...


Please have your proxy bring this signed form to the BPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, August 14th 7:20PM at Timberline Park and present it to Natasha Ilic, Secretary.


If you don’t know anyone attending the AGM, you can designate Claire Lysnes (President), Rick Talbot (Treasurer), or Natasha Ilic (Secretary) to act as your proxy, and email this completed form to secretary@bayoupark.org prior to the meeting OR print out & drop off at 2648 Westshore Crescent.


A quorum for the transaction of business at a Members’ meeting is ten (10) percent of the Members entitled to vote at the meeting, whether present in person or by proxy. For the BPRA, this means we need 16 members with voting privileges attending the AGM, or sending a proxy.

  • Extraordinary Resolution to waive 2021/2022 audit/review engagement (for nonprofits with annual revenue of $500,000 or less)

  • Nomination/Election of Board/Committee Members:

Directors at Large (1-2 members)

Communications Committee (1 member)

Event Planning Committee (2-3 members)

  • By-Laws
