2022 BPRA Voting Proxy Form

Any adult 18 years of age or older in a member household within the catchment area specified in the BPRA letters patent (articles of incorporation) is entitled to vote at the 2022 BPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM). This area runs north from Westshore Crescent to the south side of Bayou Rd. This is your association and your beach park - your vote counts.


But if you can’t make it out to the AGM...


Please have your proxy bring this signed form to the BPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, July 16th 7:30PM at Timberline Park and present it to Erica Lomonaco, Acting Secretary.


If you don’t know anyone attending the AGM, you can designate Claire Lysnes (President), Rick Talbot (Treasurer), or Erica Lomonaco (Acting Secretary) to act as your proxy, and email the completed form below to info@bayoupark.org prior to the meeting OR print out & drop off at 3418 Bayou Road.


***NEW: We have made a 2 minute Google Form to help members to easily designate a proxy to vote on their behalf.***


A quorum for the transaction of business at a Members’ meeting is ten (10) percent of the Members entitled to vote at the meeting, whether present in person or by proxy. For 2022, this means we need at least 13 member households with voting privileges attending the AGM, or sending a proxy.

  • Extraordinary Resolution to waive 2022/2023 audit/review engagement (for nonprofits with annual revenue of $500,000 or less)

  • Nomination/Election of Board/Committee Members
